Her styles through her years (choose which style you'd like to draw her in)

her 1850's style (when she lived in her birthplace; Scotland):

her 1870's style (when she immagrated to America and married a native american):

Image

her 1910's style (when she mourned after being widowed):

Image

her 1920's-1940's style (when she became a Canadian war nurse in WW1 & WW2, secretly using her magic to heal soldiers):
Image

1960's-1970's style (after seeing the things she saw in war, she decides to be a freak (hippies):

Then even up to now (2017) she stuck to tie dyes, skinny jeans and hippie styled outfits:

If you want to do an art trade with someone, you should probably give some examples of your own art so that people can know what to expect out of the trade, y'know? The three pieces of your character that you posted look like they were done by three different people, so I can't tell which one *you* did.

I don't want to seem elitist or anything, but there's a certain skill level below which I typically don't do trades, if that makes sense. I don't look for someone with the exact same skill level as myself, but I do try to make sure that the person I'm trading with has certain, um, fundamentals down.

Of course, the best way to get art is to pay for it, but I understand that not everyone has the budget for that all the time.

You seem to use a lot of interesting digital effects. Have you tried making any sketches with a wooden pencil?

I am of the opinion that digital effects cannot make up for technical proficiency... And honestly, the best way to improvr very quickly at art is to start practicing sketching with a wooden pencil. And I say this as someone who started out doing digital art and didn't branch into more traditional stuff until the last few years
