The Basic Stuff:

-Type coherently. Good English skills are not required in order to participate in this community, and we understand that not everyone will be able to type as well as they'd like. However, poor typing is not acceptable if the reason is laziness.

-Do not derail threads. Small tangents are acceptable but make sure to generally stick to the topic outlined in the first post. If you want to say something but there's no appropriate thread for it, do not be afraid to make your own thread.

-Do not double post. This means you should not make two or more consecutive posts in one thread. Use the edit button instead. The exception to this rule is if the thread has not received any activity in a while and your post would resurrect it.

-Do not swear unneededly. We have no language filter for a reason, but please make sure to ask yourself before you use a swear word, "Does this need to be here?" Most of the time the answer will be "No."

-No porn. Pornographic content is not allowed to be posted, whether on the forum or as links. Any foulmouthed, excessively violent, or tastefully nude/sexual links must have a sufficiently descriptive warning included.

The Serious Stuff:

-Anyone, whether or not they're a Christian or a furry, is welcome here. Neither being a Christian nor a furry is required for membership.

-We are a Christian forum. We endorse the teachings of Jesus Christ here. While we forbid disrespect towards anyone's beliefs, disrespect towards Christianity is disrespect towards the forum itself, and may be met with harsher punishment. We also ask that if someone chooses to discuss something with Christians specifically, all members respect that.

-We are a furry forum. If non-furries would like to post here, they should be warned that some of our members might be very furry. The gross stuff doesn't go on here, but non-furries are still expected to not behave negatively towards members of the furry fandom, even if a little innocent weirdness occasionally goes on.

-All views, no matter how contrary to one's own, must be treated with respect. Flaming, condescension, and passive-aggression are not tolerated here. We reserve the right to temporarily, or in extreme circumstances, permanently, close threads that are getting too heated so that attitudes may cool down.

-Do not publicly question the competence of our staff, unless in the Suggestions and Feedback forum. Either use that forum or a private message to a higher-up if you have any concerns with a staff member.

-Do not argue with a moderator. It should be emphasized that this does not mean you aren't allowed to disagree with a moderator in a controversial thread. When it comes to that kind of thing, a moderator is no different than any other user. However, if a moderator tells you something as a moderator, failure to comply can result in disciplinary action. This includes but is not limited to being told to calm down, stay on topic, or change offensive information in your profile. Moderators speaking as moderators will look like this. Anything not in this style of text is equivalent to being made by a normal user, with the exception of announcement threads such as this one.

-No posting exclusively from an IP randomizer/anonymizer. If posts aren't made by valid IPs, we reserve the right to ban for suspicious behavior. If you have a legitimate reason to use an anonymizer, feel free to talk to a staff member to explain and we'll try our best to be accommodating. As long as we understand you have a reason, we will waive this rule for you. If you don't know what any of this means, you aren't breaking this rule, so no worries.

-Infractions may be met with verbal warning, temporary ban, or permanent ban, depending on the severity. Individualized punishment may occur, but for the most part this is the progression that should be expected. Any attempts to evade a ban of any size will result in the ban immediately being upgraded to a permanent IP ban.

Signature Rules:

-No images may be more than 500 pixels wide or 120 pixels tall. If you have multiple images, they must add up to fit within these parameters.

-Each line of regular text you want in your signature reduces the maximum height of images you're allowed by 20 pixels. This means that an all-text signature cannot exceed six lines unless it's small text.

-Content that is inappropriate for any of our subforums is off-limits for signatures. It may only be in your signature if it would be okay to post in, say, General.

FFC Telegram!

All forum rules apply in this chat as well, and can be found at the bottom of this post.

FFC is a Christian community, so we encourage discussion of Christian topics. However, other topics are not off-limits! We only ask that people respect when others want to talk about Christianity.

Non-Christians and non-furries are more than welcome to join our community, but we ask you be respectful of both Christianity and the furry fandom.

This is an all-ages group, so make an effort to keep language clean and do not share inappropriate stickers.

Additionally, please use stickers in moderation. Don't post long strings of stickers without any actual conversation happening.

-No porn. Pornographic content is not allowed to be posted, whether directly, as stickers, or as links. Any foulmouthed, excessively violent, or tastefully nude/sexual links must have a sufficiently descriptive warning included.

-Try to avoid posting more than 3 pictures or stickers at a time to cut down on spam. If you are sharing photos of a convention or other event we encourage you to link to an album.
